The 104-pin LFBGA package integrates MDI termination, cable diagnostics, and a multi-rate SerDes for 2500BASE-X, 5G/10G-USXGMII, 5GBASE-R, and XFI. Operating from -40°C to +105°C, it meets IEEE 802.3ch-2020, AEC-Q100, and MACsec standards for automotive networking.
