The Microchip 93C66B is a serial 4-Kb microwire (3-wire) EEPROM with dedicated 16-bit memory organisation and an operating voltage range of 4.5 - 5.5 V. Also available are the 93C66A for dedicated 8-bit memory organisation and the 93C66C for hardware-selectable word size via the ORG pin. The 93C66B is optimised for use in consumer, industrial and automotive applications where a reliable and dependable non-volatile storage option is essential. The device is available in a variety of lead-free enclosures, including SOT-23, PDIP, SOIC, MSOP, DFN and TSSOP.
