The 24XX01(1) from Microchip Technology Inc. is an electrically erasable 1-Kbit PROM (EEPROM). The device is organised as a block of 128 x 8-bit memory with a two-wire serial interface. Its low-voltage design allows operation down to 1.7 V with maximum standby and active current of only 1 µA and 1 mA.
