The analogue input module powers field-side measuring transducers and transmits electrically isolated analogue signals to the bus system. The 24 V supply voltage is supplied via the power contacts for the field. The shield connection is routed directly to the mounting rail. This module supplies the supply voltage for 2-wire measuring transducers without dedicated power supply.
