XENSIV™ TLE4977-V080W3-O-S1010 reinforced-isolated Hall+coil current sensor with iCR, DC–1 MHz, ±81 Apk measurement range, Grade B accuracy XENSIV™ TLE4977-V080W3-O-S1010 uses a hybrid Hall+coil architecture for bidirectional AC/DC current sensing. Developed according to ISO 26262 up to ASIL B, it offers 1 MHz (min.) bandwidth and high accuracy for automotive and industrial designs. The DSO-16 package supports reinforced isolation. Pre-calibrated, with pre-programmed sensitivity, it delivers 42 mARMS noise, <3% accuracy over the full temp. range, and a pre-set OCD threshold (120 A).
