True RMS clamp meter for AC currents up to 2000 A The CM3291 clamp meter measures AC currents in three measuring ranges up to 2000 A using TrueRMS measuring methods. This means that currents with a non-sinusoidal curve can also be correctly detected, as typically occurs with electronic consumers, frequency converters or switching power supplies. The current clamp meter is suitable for conductors up to 46 mm in diameter and allows measurements even in densely wired distributions and switch cabinets where there is limited space around the conductor. This also allows larger installation lines and supply conductors to be measured in electrical installations and power distribution systems. In addition to AC current measurement, the device supports voltage measurements up to 600 V AC/DC as well as resistance measurement and continuity testing.
