The device provides 16KB of flash memory including 2KB of ISP boot flash, 2KB EEPROM, and 512 bytes RAM. The design reduces electro-magnetic emission. In X2 mode, a maximum external clock rate of 20MHz reaches a 300-ns cycle time.
