The module consists of one ultrasonic transmitter and one receiver. The ultrasonic signal and its different echo return times enable the ASURO or AAR robot to calculate the distance to an obstruction and act accordingly. This means, for example, that you can build obstacle courses and program the robot to negotiate them independently.
