A new integrated Hall-effect circuit chip provides increased temperature stability and temperature sensitivity. Laser-matched thin-film resistors on the chip permit a high degree of accuracy and temperature compensation to reduce zero and gain shifts over temperature. A design with a quadruple Hall effect minimises the impact of mechanical and thermal stresses of the output and creates a stable output.
