The DALI Multi-Master Module 753-647 complies with the DALI standard IEC 62386. The manufacturer-independent DALI standard aims to guarantee the interoperability of DALI bus subscribers in lighting applications. The 12-mm wide bus terminal is a DALI interface combined with the 750-series controllers and terminals (BACnet, KNX, EnOcean, LON, MODBUS and others). Each DALI Multi-Master module supports 64 addresses for "control gears" (electronic ballasts) and 64 addresses for DALI sensors. Each DALI EVG can be assigned 16 groups and 16 scenes. The DALI Multi-Master Module also offers a further 16 virtual groups on the DALI bus. The WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750 allows DALI controllers to be combined with other subsections. Multiple DALI masters can be installed on one fieldbus node. The maximum number of terminals on a controller depends on the application's storage requirements. The fieldbus node is programmed using the WAGO-I/O-PER programming software. WAGO supports the programming through an extensive IEC-61131-3 library, with simple modules for implementing complex lighting applications. The alternative "Easy mode" uses simple function calls for a lighting control system without the need for complex PLC programming. The terminal is future proof (adaptation to the respective current DALI edition) through update options. A comprehensive and easy-to-use software tool, which can either be operated on a stand-alone basis or can be called up from the WAGO-I/O-CHECK software (as an integral part), is available for commissioning and maintenance. Two alternative supply options are available for the DALI Multi-Master Module: 1. The 753-620 DALI Multi-Master DC/DC Converter to supply a single terminal. 2. The 787-1007 power supply to supply several DALI 753-647 Multi-Master Modules.
