CAN SIC transceiver with Sleep mode

The TJA1463 is a CAN Signal Improvement Capability (SIC) transceiver designed for CAN and CAN FD networks in automotive applications. The TJA1463 implements CAN SIC according to ISO 11898-2:2024 and supports reliable CAN FD communication at data rates up to 8 Mbit/s in larger network topologies by reducing signal ringing and improving bit timing symmetry. The TJA1463 includes a low-power sleep mode and is fully interoperable with Classical CAN and CAN FD networks. Backward compatible with devices such as the TJA1043 and TJA1443, the TJA1463 provides a drop-in migration path for enhanced CAN network performance.
