84412 eSATAp > SATA 22-pin 2½" - 3½" HDD 1-m cable

This Power over eSATA to SATA 22-pin cable can be used to connect your 2.5" or 3.5" SATA hard drive externally to any free Power over (eSATAp) port. The Power over eSATA port combines eSATA and USB in one and supplies 5 V of power via the integrated USB interface. This eliminates the need for an additional power supply unit when operating a 2.5" HDD. To connect a 3.5" HDD, simply connect the Molex plug with a power supply unit.

Note: For 3.5" HDDs > connect a power supply unit! For 2.5" HDDs > do not connect a power supply unit!
