The third generation of the PC Cable Testers-Hobbes TEST-i - All-in-One Universal Cable Tester / Interface Tester, is a specially designed multi-function cable tester that tests and analyzes a wide range of PC cables and the most commonly used ribbon cables.

The Hobbes TEST-i not only tests the most common cables for short-circuited, open or incorrectly wired cable pins, but also shows the test results on the display using the pin-to-pin method. The tester can store up to 100 results. This data can be collected for evaluation and uploaded to a PC via USB. With its integrated LCD display (with backlight), the user can easily and efficiently check the wiring of cables. The Hobbes TEST-i is an excellent and helpful tool for a system integrator or service technician to quickly troubleshoot PC cables.
