This desktop switch is designed for the SoHo area and larger workgroups. Its 16x 10/100/1000-MBit/s NWay ports support use in any network structure, regardless of whether 10-MBit/s or 1000-MBit/s devices are used together with them. All ports automatically detect the transfer rate (10/100/1000 MBit/s) of the connected computer or hub. The ports automatically distinguish between full and half duplex operation. Flow control as per IEEE 802.3x allows a direct connection between the server and the switch for fast and reliable data transfer. In full duplex mode, up to 2000 MBit/s quick transfer guarantees reliable data transfer and also ensures the sending of time-critical data. 19" installation hardware is also included with the delivery.
