One of the biggest problems with mechanical screw fittings is that the screwdriver quickly slips out of the screw head. Screw heads and tools are often destroyed when this happens. Damaged surfaces and screw fastenings that can no longer be undone lead to high follow-up costs. Diamond-coated bits are able to reduce the slippage problem, which makes the screwdriving process safer and more economical.

BiTorsion bits undergo a specific heat treatment which reduces the hardness of the shaft in comparison to the drive tip by about 20%. This torsion zone absorbs heavy loads.

Bits can be inserted easily, they then lock into place automatically. Easy bit removal without additional tools. Even small bits can be changed with ease. Freely-turning sleeve allows screws to be guided during the screwing process. Fits all ¼" bits in line with DIN ISO 1173 C 6.3 and E 6.3. One-handed operation. Rapidaptor with ring magnet: the additional magnetic sleeve securely holds even long and heavy screws with no difficulty. The screw is positioned securely in the holder. No time wasted losing and searching for screws. Ideal for overhead work.
