This microcontroller board opens up the world of programming and offers you the same computing power of the MEGA2560, but with a smaller footprint. It also has many more connections than comparable boards (Arduino Uno), moreover it is operated with the Arduino IDE and the power can be supplied either via the USB connection or the VIN pins.
