D1 shield - temperature/humidity sensor, DHT22

With the DHT22 sensor the D1 Mini can be expanded to include a measurement option for temperature and humidity.

• Humidity measurement range: 0 - 100% • Temperature measurement range: -40 - +80°C • Humidity tolerance: ± 2 - 5% • Temperature tolerance: ± 0.5°C. • Sampling rate: 0.5 Hz (every 2 seconds)
