These desktop switches are designed for the SoHo area and working groups. They offer 24 10/100-Mbit connections for workplace computers or servers. Hubs can also be connected to the switches. All ports automatically detect the transfer rate (10 Mbit or 100 Mbit) of the connected devices. The connections also automatically distinguish between full and half duplex operation and support flow control. Both switches are easily expandable by auto uplink and therefore offer a fast and secure way to enlarge the network. Flow control as per IEEE 802.3x allows a direct connection between the server and the switch for fast and reliable data transfer. With 200 Mbit in full duplex operation, these switches provide your server with high-speed data channels with a very low loss rate. The devices come without a fan and are thus also ideal for use directly at the workplace or as a patch cable distributor. Using the enclosed material, they can be installed in a 19-inch cabinet or rack at the same time.
