The STM32F373xx family is based on the powerful 32-bit RISC core Arm® Cortex®-M4 with FPU at a frequency of up to 72 MHz, the embedding of an MPU and Embedded Trace Macrocell™ (ETM). The family includes high-speed embedded memory up to 256 KB of flash memory, up to 32 KB of SRAM) + an extensive range of advanced I/Os and peripherals connected to 2 APB buses. The STM32F373xx controllers feature 1 high-speed 12-bit ADC (1 Msps), 3 16-bit Sigma Delta ADCs, 2 comparators, 2 DACs (2-channel DAC1 and 1-channel DAC2), 1 low-power RTC, 9 universal 16-bit timers, 2 universal 32-bit timers, 3 basic timers. Up to 2 I2Cs, 3 SPIs (all with Muxed-I2Ss), 3 USARTs, CAN and USB. Temperature range from -40 - +85°C with a power supply from 2.0 to 3.6 V. A comprehensive set of energy-saving modes enables the development of low-power applications. The STM32F303xB/STM32F303xC family offers devices in housings from 48 pins to 100 pins. The set of peripherals included changes with the device selected.
