45670 UHU plus fully cured, 33 g

Solvent-free, two-component epoxy resin-based adhesive for the highest loads. The working time is up to 90 minutes. Curing time and final strength depend on temperature. Fully cured at room temperature after 12 hours. The bonded joint is impact-resistant and moisture-resistant.

Also available in a user-friendly dual-chamber syringe for easy dispensing of the two components in the correct mixing ratio.

Materials Bonds metals, glass, porcelain, ceramics, wood, marble, stone, concrete, thermosets, glass-fiber-reinforced plastics, rigid PVC, rubber, and rigid foam plastics, e.g., Styropor®. Not suitable for bonding large glass surfaces, PE, or PP.

Application/Instructions for Use Surfaces to be bonded must be dry and free of dust and grease. Roughen smooth surfaces. Mix the binder and hardener in a 1:1 ratio (equal-length strands). Apply the adhesive to one side; for rough materials, apply to both sides. Join the parts snugly without pressing. Working time (pot life): approx. 90 minutes. Curing time and final strength depend on temperature; the bond is fully cured at room temperature after approx. 12 to 24 hours.
