Solvent-free two-component adhesive on epoxy resin basis for highest loads. The processing time is up to 90 minutes. Curing time and final strength are temperature-dependent. At room temperature, solid after 12 hours. The bonded joint is impact-resistant, and is resistant to ageing and moisture.

Also in an easy-to-use double-chamber syringe for simple application of the two components in the correct mixing ratio.

Materials Sticks metal, glass, porcelain, ceramic, wood, marble, stone, concrete, thermosetting plastic, glass fibre-reinforced plastic, rigid PVC, rubber, hard-foam plastic, e.g. Styropor®. Not suitable for bonding on large glass surfaces, PE, PP.

Processing/Instructions for use Bonding surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease. Roughen smooth surfaces. Mix binder and hardener in a ratio of 1:1 (equal-length strands). Apply adhesive on one side, and on both sides for rough materials. Fit parts together without pressing them. Processing time (pot life): approx. 90 minutes. Curing time and final strength are temperature-dependent, at room temperature secure after approx. 12 to 24 hours.
