To expand its wireless alarm family, CAVIUS has invented the world's smallest wireless heat alarm. This heat alarm has been developed for the kitchen or other areas where smoke may be generated without a fire, for example fireplaces, garages etc.

The CAVIUS heat detector is a thermally sensitive detector with wireless technology that detects a rapid increase in heat or the absolute amount of heat. Its compact 65 mm design features a 5-year battery, a powerful siren delivering 85 dB(A) at 3 metres, and a wide and easily accessible test button that can also be used to activate a 10-minute pause function. The heat alarm wireless family communicates with other Cavius detectors.
