L6230PD 3-phase DMOS driver for BLDC motor, 08-52 V, 1.4 A, PowerSO-36

The L6230 is a fully integrated 3-phase motor driver optimized for the Vector Control (FOC) application. The chip was realized using MultiPower BCD technology and combines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits. An empty comparator with open drain output is available.
