The STM8S105x4/6 access line 8-bit microcontrollers offer a flash program memory of between 16 and 32 Kbytes, plus integrated true data EEPROM. All STM8S105x4/6 access line devices offer reduced system costs, outstanding power and robustness, short development cycles and a long service life. The integrated true data EEPROM reduces system costs and provides 300-k write/erase cycles as well as high-level system integration with internal clock oscillators, watchdog and brown-out reset. Device performance is ensured by a 16-MHz CPU clock frequency and improved features such as robust I/Os, independent watchdogs (with separate clock source) and a clock security system. Short development cycles are guaranteed by application scalability across a common product architecture with compatible pinout, memory map and modular peripherals. An advanced core, which is manufactured using state-of-the-art technology for applications with an operating voltage of 2.95 V to 5.5 V, ensures a long service life for all products in the STM8S range.
