The keypad enables comprehensive control of the smart home alarm system
The LUPUSEC outdoor keypad is used to control the XT2/XT2 Plus alarm system and is particularly used to activate and deactivate the system when entering and leaving the building. To control the alarm system, either enter one of fifty freely definable PIN codes or simply swipe over the keypad with the personal RFID chip.
The key security advantage of the outdoor keypad compared to the interior variant is that the secure area does not have to be entered to disarm the alarm. This allows you to avoid high risk on/off delays altogether.
No cable is needed for signal transmission. The keypad can be used either with batteries or the supplied 12 V power supply unit, and is extremely easy to set up and ready for operation in no time.
