10385 Universal 2-Channel Alarm Transmitter, LTE-M

Mobeye CM-Guard The Mobeye CM-Guard CM4000 is a universal 4G alarm transmitter for monitoring technical installations. In the event of an alarm, the built-in communication module sends a message to the preset phone numbers. The device has two digital inputs that can be easily configured as NC (Normally Closed) or NO (Normally Open). Any potential-free contact can be used as a sensor. Under normal use, the CM-Guard operates entirely on batteries for 1 year or with an external power supply and batteries as a backup. If an external power source is used, the module will also send power failure alerts.

The Mobeye CM-Guard offers numerous configuration options, such as a choice of push notifications, phone calls, SMS, or email; automatic on/off times; custom alarm messages per input; alarm delays; and test reports. In addition, the CM-Guard is designed to transmit alarm signals via SIA DC-09 to private alarm monitoring centers. The device is used, among other things, by security companies as an alarm detector for a surveillance system, by industrial companies as a monitor for machine malfunctions or to monitor pumps, and by system integrators as an alarm module for potential-free sensors.

For maximum security and efficiency through seamless connectivity, we recommend using the cost-effective Mobeye 4G “Multi-Provider" M2M SIM card, which is included with every shipment. Using this card allows you to take full advantage of the comprehensive security chain offered by the Mobeye connectivity service. This service consists of the SIM card, access to the user-friendly portal, the push app, and support. The SIM card for the Mobeye CM4000, which must be activated online, costs 4.00 EUR net per month. This is a fixed fee based on fair use.

Mobeye products can also be used with certain third-party contract SIM cards, although the security chain will be limited in this case. This means you will not be able to use the portal or the push app. Alarm notifications will be sent (only) via SMS and phone calls to (up to) 5 contacts, and programming must be done via SMS commands. It is advisable to carefully consider whether using your own SIM card is a good option. In any case, it makes sense to check the Mobeye website in advance for information on using your own SIM cards.
