Battery Management System (BMS) Communication Monitoring and Debugging Toolkit

The BMS communication monitoring and debugging toolkit is used to monitor and decode BMS internal communication. It is composed of separate hardware and software components. The KIT-TPLSNIFEVB hardware board facilitates the acquisition of electrical transport protocol link (ETPL) signals by a logic analyzer. It is a listen-only tool that can be used at the end of an ETPL bus or directly included in a daisy chain, as it is designed not to be intrusive on the ETPL bus. The TPL Decoder is a high level analyzer (HLA) extension for the Saleae Logic Software. It eases decoding of the NXP TPL protocols on several physical layers.
