In addition to their reliability, ultrasonic sensors are particularly distinguished in industrial applications by their enormous versatility. They also solve particularly complex tasks when detecting objects or filling levels with millimeter precision, because their measuring principle functions reliably under almost all circumstances.

No other measurement method can be used so widely and successfully in so many different applications. The devices are extremely robust and therefore suitable for even the harshest conditions. The sensor surface cleans itself by vibration and is therefore not only resistant to contamination. The physical principle, the propagation of sound, works in virtually any environment, with a few exceptions.
