When being installed on electrical equipment, cables must be stripped again and again. Here, a stripping tool is an essential piece of equipment. The automatic stripping pliers from Wiha enable the stripping of all common conductors from 0.2 to 6 mm². The lightweight pliers ensure quick and precise stripping thanks to an integrated scanning system, which automatically adjusts to the respective conductor cross-section and thus prevents damage to the inner conductor. In addition, wires can be cut down to size thanks to the adjustable length stop of 5 - 12 mm. If necessary, the length stop can also be completely removed from the tool. In addition to stripping, the stripping pliers can be used as side-cutting pliers for cutting cables up to a diameter of 2 mm. The blades of the stripping tool are made of high-quality, durable knife steel and can be replaced if necessary.
