With its included sensors and the ability to connect other external sensors, the Mobeye CombiGuard offers an optimal solution for protection and monitoring. For example, the Mobeye CM4600 can alert you if the leak sensor detects water, if the external power supply fails, if the temperature exceeds or falls below the set limits, if a battery reaches the set under- or overvoltage threshold, or if an external sensor is triggered. The 4G communication module handles the alerts. It sends corresponding notifications to the designated contacts via push notifications, phone calls, SMS, or email.

The Mobeye CombiGuard comes with a digital temperature sensor, a leak sensor, and a power adapter. The device also features two inputs that can be configured as 0-48V voltage inputs or as normally open or normally closed inputs. In addition, the device features an open-collector output for automatically controlling devices remotely following an alarm. The Mobeye CM4600 can be powered entirely by batteries. Optionally, you can connect a 12-24V DC power source or the included power adapter.

Due to the versatility of this system, the CM4600 is particularly well-suited for monitoring boats in winter storage or during the owner’s extended absence. The module triggers an alarm if, for example, water is detected in the bilge, the shore power supply is interrupted, or the battery voltage drops rapidly. Devices connected to the open-collector output can be activated via SMS commands sent to the CM4600.

For maximum security and efficiency through seamless connectivity, we recommend using the cost-effective Mobeye 4G “Multi-Provider" M2M SIM card, which is included with every shipment. Using this card allows you to take full advantage of the comprehensive security chain offered by the Mobeye connectivity service. This service consists of the SIM card, access to the user-friendly portal, the push app, and support. The SIM card for the Mobeye CM4600, which must be activated online, costs 4.00 EUR net per month. This is a fixed fee based on fair use.

Mobeye products can also be used with certain third-party contract SIM cards, although the security chain will be limited in this case. This means you will not be able to use the portal or the push app. Alarm notifications will be sent (only) via SMS and phone calls to (up to) 5 contacts, and programming must be done via SMS commands. It is advisable to carefully consider whether using your own SIM card is a good option. In any case, it makes sense to check the Mobeye website in advance for information on using your own SIM cards.
