The DDS function generator GX 310 for 10 MHz generates signals which are much more accurate in frequency and shape than those of conventional generators.
The GX 310 generates various accurate signals from 0.01 Hz to 10 MHz (10 measuring ranges): sine, triangle, square and LOGIC, TTL output. The external frequency counter has a measuring range from 5 Hz to 100 MHz. The ergonomic device has a large format LCD display (125 x 45 mm), which offers excellent readability thanks to a main display with 5 digits and a digit height of 20 mm. In addition, all control parameters can be displayed simultaneously (VDC,VRMS,VPP or waveform). The strength of the backlight and the contrast are adjustable.
The GX 310 is programmable via the USB interface using the SCPI protocol.
