With the testo 405 thermo-anemometer you can measure air velocity, volume flow and air temperature. It is suitable for quick control measurements in the ventilation duct and for measuring the air velocity in rooms, e.g. at leaky windows.

The anemometer has a fixed telescope and allows the measurement of air flow, volume flow and air temperature. The measuring range for flow is between 0...10 m/s, volume flows are calculated up to 99 990 m 3 /h.

Thanks to the extendable telescope (up to 300 mm), the thermoanemometer is particularly suitable for flow measurements in the ventilation duct. The illuminated display can be swiveled to various positions and ensures convenient reading of the measured values. The duct holder (included in delivery) offers an important practical advantage. It allows you to position the telescope optimally in the ventilation duct and achieve precise measurement results.

Since the testo 405 thermoanemometer measures particularly precisely in the range between 0 and 2 m/s, you can also use it to measure air velocity in rooms. Low air velocities, such as at leaky windows, are quickly localized and accurately measured with the anemometer. Integrated sensor protection: When you are not using the testo 405 thermoanemometer, the rotating protective cap protects the flow sensor from mechanical stress.
