We've paired our tried-and-true ZED-F9P Breakout with a reliable Multi-Band L1/L2 Antenna, a robust Ground Plate, and the necessary cabling. GPS-RTK-SMA Breakout (ZED-F9P) At the heart of this kit is the brains of the operation, the u-blox ZED-F9P Module. This powerhouse receiver can simultaneously receive GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou. By utilizing both the L1 and L2 frequency bands, it corrects for ionospheric errors and delivers three-dimensional accuracy to within roughly the width of your fingernail.

* Rover & Base: Can operate as a Rover (receiving corrections) or a Base Station (broadcasting corrections).

* SMA Connector: Features a robust, industry-standard SMA connector for a secure antenna connection.

* Qwiic & USB: Connects easily via USB-C or the solderless Qwiic ecosystem.

* Backup Battery: An on-board rechargeable battery ensures fast "warm starts" (two-second time-to-first-fix).

GNSS Multi-Band Magnetic Mount Antenna A high-precision receiver is useless without the right antenna. We’ve included a high-quality, Multi-Band (L1/L2/L5) active antenna specifically designed to capture the signals the ZED-F9P needs. It features a magnetic base for easy mounting to vehicle roofs or the included ground plate. GPS Antenna Ground Plate Antenna performance is heavily dependent on having a proper ground plane. We’ve included a heavy, 4-inch-diameter, 1/16-inch-thick steel ground plate. This simple addition significantly improves signal reception and multi-path rejection, ensuring you get the best possible performance from your antenna. Easy Integration & Software The ZED-F9P is incredibly configurable (Geofencing, variable update rates up to 20Hz, etc.), but we've made it easy to use.

* No Soldering Required: With the included Qwiic connectors and USB cable, you can hook everything up without touching a soldering iron.

* Leave NMEA Behind: We’ve written an extensive SparkFun Arduino library for u-blox modules that uses the lightweight binary interface (UBX) to read latitude, longitude, heading, and speed over I2C, saving your microcontroller's serial port for other tasks.
