The DisplayPort 2.0 cable from Good Connections® guarantees consistently high signal transmission up to 8K / UHD-2, as well as data rates up to 54 Gbit/s. Thanks to a high-quality cable construction with triple cable shielding and connectors with copper contacts and locking protection (latch), this DisplayPort 2.0 cable is suitable even for demanding gaming and multimedia applications.

DisplayPort 2.0 - resolutions up to 8K / UHD-2 @60Hz and 4K / UHD @240Hz This high-quality DisplayPort cable supports resolutions up to 8K / UHD-2 @60Hz and 4K / UHD @240Hz (colour sampling 4:4:4 / RGB) with a bandwidth of max. 52.22 Gbit/s (via UHBR 13.5). In addition, 32 audio channels are supported at a sample rate of 1,536 kHz. Thus, all known audio formats can be processed, for example, also the surround sound formats Dolby Atmos, DTS:X and Auro 3D.

Display Stream Compression (DSC) 1.2a and Forward Error Correction (FEC) DSC technology is a visually lossless compression method that is used at very high resolutions and compresses the streamed video data. Thus DisplayPort 2.0 (UHBR 13.5) is capable of reproducing 8K / UHD-2 @144Hz with 4:4:4 / RGB colour sampling (DSC activated). The FEC ensures error-free transmission of the compressed DSC data.

High-quality materials and triple shielding The shielded plugs with gold-plated contacts guarantee an optimal connection. The locking protection attached to the plugs prevents them from accidentally slipping out. The conductors of the cable are made of copper (CU). In combination with the high-quality triple shielding, this enables loss-free signal transmission and higher break resistance of the cable.
