Sliding Wrist Rest for Improved Workplace Ergonomics The CHERRY SLIDEPAD ERGO is a sliding wrist rest designed to improve workplace ergonomics. The movable palm rest for your desk optimizes the position of your wrist and forearm, helping you prevent pain while working with a mouse and keyboard.

Comfortable and Ergonomic Your arm rests comfortably on the padded surface, yet you still enjoy complete freedom of movement. When switching from the mouse to the keyboard, you no longer need to lift your arm. You simply glide back and forth effortlessly along with the pad, whether on a mouse pad or on a desk. The movable pad relieves strain on your arm and promotes an upright posture. This supports you in your daily work and helps relax your shoulders. As a result, it can help prevent RSI (commonly known as “mouse arm"), carpal tunnel syndrome, elbow pain, or tendonitis.

Universal Yet Customizable The CHERRY SLIDEPAD ERGO can be used with any mouse or keyboard-including vertical mice, of course. The pad can be used by left- or right-handed users, or even ambidextrously when using a second pad. Position your arm wherever is most comfortable for you, from the front of your wrist to the back of your elbow. This makes it incredibly versatile-just the way you prefer.

The CHERRY SLIDEPAD ERGO features a clean, minimalist design and is built for maximum ergonomics. An elegantly designed accessory for any workspace that noticeably makes your day-to-day easier.
