SC0873 Raspberry Pi - Camera, 12MP, 76°, NoIR, v3

The Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 is a compact camera from Raspberry Pi. It features an IMX708 sensor with 12 megapixels and HDR as well as autofocus with phase detection.

There are a total of 4 different versions of the new Raspberry Pi Camera v3, available as a standard or wide-angle version with or without infrared filter.

The camera module 3 can record full HD videos as well as still images and has an HDR mode with up to 3 megapixels. Its operation is fully supported by the libcamera library, including the camera module 3's fast autofocus function: this makes it easy to use for beginners while offering a lot for advanced users. The size of the board and the mounting holes are the same as the camera module 2.

Important note This camera is compatible with all common Raspberry Pi boards up to Raspberry Pi 4. Boards from Raspberry Pi 5 require a replacement connection cable, see "Accessories & alternative products" (item no.: RASP CAM FPC 20 / RASP CAM FPC 30 / RASP CAM FPC 50)
