MEGA2560 PRO board is a newer and much smaller version of the standard MEGA 2560. It is based on the AVR ATmega2560 microcontroller. It is compatible with Arduino systems in terms of software, has a bootloader and can be programmed using the USB port, e.g. via the Arduino IDE.
