PCF8574 8-bit GPIO I2C Pin Expander Module Arduino

PCF8574T module 8-bit expander, thanks to which we can increase the number of pins of the microcontroller, e.g. in ARDUINO modules. One bus can handle up to 8 systems of this type, gaining 64 additional digital pins. The address is changed by means of dip-switches.

TECHNICAL DATA:

Power supply: 2.5V - 6V

Current consumption: 100mA when transmitting data, or 10mA in stand-by mode

Standard of logic levels: Depending on the 3.3V or 5V power supply

Communication: I2C bus (TWI), address from 0x38 to 0x3F

Current efficiency of outputs in low level: 25 mA

Current efficiency of outputs in high level: maximum 300mA
