The VDV II Pro cable tester is extremely easy to operate and allows the rapid verification of the copper cable of voice, data and video installations, such as telephone lines, data lines and video/security installations, in apartments, offices and industrial environments. It indicates wiring faults such as interruptions, short circuits, malfunctions and split pairs. Tests shielded cables, voltage detection, TDR length measurement and error diagnostics, PoE detection with voltage indication, detects analogue (PBX) and digital (ISDN) telephone services, detects the switch data rates of 10M/100M/1G/2.5G/5G/10G to test switch configurations and ensure the desired network rate at the location of the installed device, as well as the option to test the 2-pair industry standard (1/2 - 3/6) and is equipped with a tone generator. The test results are saved in real time by the free AnyWARE Cloud app on the mobile device and can then be transferred seamlessly to the AnyWARE Cloud to create professional PDF reports.
