The METRAHIT CAL calibrator is designed as an accurate calibration and simulation device for electric variables. Using the METRAHIT AM XTRA multimeter, you can check your calibrated values at the same time. Transmitters with a wide range of input signals (voltage, thermal voltage, RTD and 2-conductor resistance transmitters etc.) can be directly connected and calibrated. By using a multimeter (e.g. METRAHIT AM XTRA), the corresponding measured values can be measured at the transducer output and, where necessary, transferred via an adapter to a PC, displayed there with the optional METRAwin90-2 software and compared with the respective calibration specifications. The setpoints and actual values are displayed or printed as a certificate. In the "mA-sink" position, the METRAHIT CAL simulates a two-conductor transmitter and extracts the selected current value from the measurement sequence.
