Constructed with copper heat pipes to draw heat away from the board, and a large 60mm PWM fan to cool the radiator fins, this Raspberry Pi 5 cooling solution is hard to beat. The cooler attaches to the Raspberry Pi 5 fan mounting points using push pins for easy assembly. Thermal compound and a thermal pad are included to ensure optimal heat transfer from the CPU.
