Description: The high-performance picoPower 8-bit AVR RISC-based microcontroller microchip combines 2KB ISP flash memory, 128B EEPROM, 128B SRAM, 12 general I/O lines, 32 general work registers, an 8-bit timer/counter with two PWM channels, a 16-bit timer/counter with two PWM channels, internal and external interrupts, an 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter, a programmable gain stage (1x, 20x) for 12 differential ADC channel pairs, a programmable watchdog timer with internal oscillator, an internally calibrated oscillator and four software-selectable power saving modes. The module operates between 1.8 and 5.5 V. By executing powerful commands in a single clock cycle, the module achieves throughputs close to 1 MIPS per MHz, balancing power consumption and processing speed.
