ATOMIC GPS Base (M8030-KT)

The Atomic GPS Base is a GPS positioning module tailored for the ATOM series main controller. It features the M8030-KT positioning navigation chip and comes with integrated flash memory. Additionally, it is equipped with a button cell battery to maintain user settings even when power is off. This module is versatile, finding use in various contexts such as viewing geographic coordinates, announcing bus stops, aiding in vehicle and marine navigation, and tracking movement trajectories, thanks to its ability to deliver precise positioning data. In terms of data output, the Atomic GPS Base uses the NMEA-0183 protocol, a widely recognized standard in GPS data communication. It supports a range of satellite systems, including GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, SBAS, and QZSS. Its capability to search 72 channels enhances its precision in acquiring and tracking satellite signals for accurate positioning. The base also features a MicroSD card slot beneath the GPS module.
