SUPERFET II MOSFET is ON Semiconductor's brand-new high-voltage super junction (SJ) MOSFET family that uses charge equalisation technology to deliver ultra-low on-state resistance and lower gate charge. This technology is designed to minimise line losses and deliver superior switching performance, dV/dT rate and higher avalanche energy. The SUPERFET II MOSFET Easy-Drive series offers slightly slower rise and fall times than the SUPERFET II MOSFET series. This series, which bears the suffix "E", can be used to resolve EMI problems and facilitates easier design implementation. You should consider the SUPERFET II MOSFET series for faster switching operations in applications for which switching losses need to be reduced to an absolute minimum.
