The kit from Seeedstudio consists of a Seeed Xiao ESP32-S3 module and an OV2640 camera. The Xiao ESP32-S3 is equipped with a dual-core ESP32-S3 Xtensa 32-bit LX7 processor clocked at up to 240 MHz, has 8 MB PSRAM and 8 MB Flash. It enables WiFi 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth 5.0 and mesh connectivity. In addition, the camera module includes an integrated digital microphone, extending the capabilities of the Seeed Xiao ESP32-S3 with not only video but also audio functions. The camera OV2640 has a resolution of 1600 x 1200 px. A memory card slot, located on the board, allows recordings or photos to be saved directly to a microSD card. Xiao modules, due to their small size, are ideal for IoT projects and can be used in artificial intelligence applications due to their image processing capabilities.
