SUPERFET MOSFET is the first generation of Fairchild Semiconductor's high-voltage super junction (SJ) MOSFET family that uses charge equalisation technology to deliver outstanding performance with low on-state resistance and a lower gate charge. This technology is designed to minimise line losses and deliver superior switching performance, dV/dT rate and higher avalanche energy. The SUPERFET MOSFET is therefore ideal for switching power applications such as PFC, server/telecom power supply, FPD TV power supply, ATX power supply and industrial power supply applications. The optimised regenerative power of the body diode of the SUPERFET FRFET® MOSFET removes the need for additional components and improves system reliability.
