The TA041 is an active differential probe suitable for measuring high common-mode voltages up to ±700 V (DC + peak AC). It can be used with signal rates of up to 25 MHz. This differential probe extends the functionality of standard oscilloscopes with unbalanced inputs and provides a safe and accurate method for performing differential high-voltage measurements. Applications include safe measurements in power circuits and the acquisition of low-speed balanced differential signals, such as those found in serial communication buses. The TA041 is an active probe that is powered either by four AA batteries (included) or by the included TA531 power cable (USB to DC jack). The TA531 is designed for use with standard USB wall chargers (not included).
