applications and battery-powered devices. The PCA9422 integrates a JEITA-compliant linear battery charger with

charging currents up to 640 mA and supports flexible configuration through an I²C interface. Built-in protection features, including input overvoltage, overcurrent, and thermal protection, help ensure reliable

operation. The PCA9422 also features FLEXGAUGE™, enabling battery gauging capabilities when used with the i.MX RT MCU family.
