It is used to power Raspberry Pi via an Ethernet cable, provided that power-sourcing equipment is installed on the Ethernet network. It supports 802.3at PoE standard with high output power of 5V DC/4A and the built-in controllable brushless fan can deliver 2.2 CFM to cool the Raspberry Pi processor. It also features a fully isolated switched-mode power supply for better power efficiency.
