The Weller FT 12 fume extraction unit operates from a clean and oil-free compressed air supply. The vacuum is generated by a maintenance-free compressed air converter. The contaminated air is purified by a pre-filter and main filter system. A compressed air cleaning filter removes additional odours caused by the compressed air. This highly efficient filter system makes the FT 12 a genuine air recovery system.

Weller FE (Fume Extraction) soldering irons are connected directly to the unit – additional leads are not required.
