Tektronix THDP0200 Differential Probe 200 MHz 50:1 500:1

The Tektronix THDP0200 is a High Voltage Differential Probe that is capable of safely measuring differential voltages up to ±1500V. The probe is effective in making measurements in IGBT circuits such as motor drives and power converters. The THDP0200 supports bandwidths up to 200MHz and slew rates up to 275V/ns at 1/250 gain.

The probe has a low attenuation range and offers better signal to noise ratio.

Applications: Floating Measurements, Switching Power Supply Design, Motor Drive Design, Electronic Ballast Design and Power Device Evaluation.
